Zaha Hadid
at Leila Heller Gallery in Dubai
Zaha Hadid and Slamp’s three architectural sculptures, Aria Transparent, Aria and Avia, are the fruit of a three-year collaboration with the Archistar. They are also the stars of a solo exhibition dedicated to Hadid at the Laila Heller Gallery in Dubai, exhibited in the center of the main room in a massive, illuminated frame, their innovative design and LED technology on full display.
Zaha Hadid was the first woman to win the Pritzker Architecture Prize, and for over thirty years has explored the fields surrounding architecture and design. The Laila Heller Gallery in Dubai is exhibiting 30 of the Iraqi Architect’s defining collections, from her “early semi-tonic” to “later semi-liquid” (begun at the turn of the 21st century) architecture.
